Notes on Material
Contrary to the description on page 97, the book is in fact composed of two different types of paper: Byronic is used for the text; the illustration by Betty Goodwin (an etching) is printed on Umbria by Fabriano.

Comments on Condition
The discoloration is found on page 11 in a localised area that corresponds to the darkest portion of ink in the illustration on the opposing page. A sheet of acid-free tissue paper has been inserted to pervent further yellowing.
