Rogers’ life was tragically cut short at the age of 35, yet his paintings endure as deeply expressive reflections of a young artist with immense potential. Raised in Toronto and inspired by time spent in the natural beauty of Northern Ontario, particularly at Kenogami Lake, Rogers was a gifted painter and woodworker whose works resonate with a personal and universal longing.
